Charity chosen: Feeding HK

Money raised: $14,700 HKD

This summer, I baked both before and after my vacation. I had the help from my best friend, Jocelyn. Other than cookies, I decided to bake original financiers, chocolate financiers and brownies. Adding three new recipes to my load was so much more work, but I'm glad I did it. I have been wanting to sell a variety of baked goods for a very long time, and I was so happy to finally be able to. However, I found myself baking 5-9 hours each day and it was very tiring. Overall, I raised $13,700 Hong Kong Dollars. The money went to Feeding Hong Kong.
