Chocolate Protein Bars
The texture of this was great! It had a hint of mint, since I used mint chocolate protein powder. It is a little bit sticky and hard to handle though.

1 1/2 cups quick or rolled oats (120g)
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butters)
1/2 cup agave
2/3 cup protein powder (70g)
Stir all ingredients together until well-mixed. Transfer the mixture to a 9×14 pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Freeze until hard!
