Matcha Bliss Balls HERE

These bliss balls aren’t my favorite, but they’re still good! I like them better after they’ve had a chance to sit in the fridge for a while, as it gives it more of a “fudgy” texture. They’re super easy to make and contain so many different types of superfoods!

Here are my modifications!

OATMEAL BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (jumbo rolled oats)

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds 

  • 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter 

  • 1/3 cup agave nectar

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls and place in the fridge or eat it immedieatly!

MATCHA BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted (I mixed it with figs as I didn’t have enough dates)

  • 1 tbsp Matcha Powder

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend! Roll into balls and place in the fridge or eat immedieatly!
