I think I over baked these because the bottoms were nearly burnt, but it still tasted decent! A little too sweet for my taste, but this was super easy to make and the texture of the dough was amazing.
Original Recipe HERE
2 cups finely ground almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup dark maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C or 3/4 on a gas oven). Whisk the almond flour and baking powder together in a medium bowl. Switch to a wooden spoon and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until a sticky dough forms and holds together. Take a golf ball sized piece of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten slightly and place on to a tray of parchment paper. Bake till the edges are golden brown.
