Purple Blueberry Smoothie
I love experimenting with smoothies every morning! Usually, I just take frozen bananas + whatever fruit we have and make a smoothie!
1 frozen banana
a handful of blueberries
a generous tablespoon of peanut butter
oat milk (depending on what consistency you want)
coconut flakes, gogi berries and chia seeds to top!
Blend the first 4 ingredients together, using a tamper to push the ingredients down (or stopping every so often to manually push them down). Pour into bowl or mason jar and top with whatever you’d like!
