Raw Black Bean Brownie Bars
I used a food processor, and since the mixture was so thick it was hard to blend everything together, so I would recommend using a blender. However, it still tasted great and it was a step up from the black bean brownies I made last month!

1 can black beans (250g after draining)
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp nut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup agave
1 cup + 2 tbsp rolled or quick oats
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Drain and rinse the beans very well. Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blender), and process until very smooth. Freeze until hard.
